A route listed on this website is an invitation to ask about options, rather than confirmation of a particular departure. Dates, capacity, connections, passengers and transport conditions need to be agreed for your request.
- Who handles each leg and whom to contact during the journey.
- What the price includes, what costs extra and how changes are agreed.
- Which documents people, pets and belongings need throughout the route.
- Who receives payment, which cancellation terms apply and which documents you receive.
Visa, entry and veterinary admission decisions belong to the relevant authorities. Carrier conditions must also be checked for the selected journey.
How we prepare the MIRNO journal
Guides are published under the MIRNO name. They help you prepare information and questions before contacting a carrier, veterinarian or public authority. They are general preparation guides, not individual legal or veterinary assessments.
Links to official rules appear beside the relevant sections and at the end of each guide. We distinguish the source-check date from publication. When a rule changes, the related text needs review; before booking, reopen the official source for your countries and dates.
Worked examples are not customer stories or price offers. Website illustrations do not document completed journeys. Individual trips and customer stories are not publicly announced.
